Demy hello,

Avoid hemorrhoids worse

* Dry the anus gently with white toilet paper moistened with water or detergent (such as Balneol) after a bowel movement. Baby wipes or other premoistened towels (such as Tucks) are also useful for this purpose.
* Avoid rubbing the anal area. You can clean the shower or a bidet instead of wiping with toilet paper. After cleaning, gently pat the anal area with a soft, absorbent cloth.
* Do not use soaps, perfumes or dyes.

Pain and itching

* Apply ice several times a day for 10 minutes at a time. Follow this by using a warm compress on the anal area for another 10 to 20 minutes.
* Apply moist heat (eg, towels, hot and humid) several times a day.
* Take a hot bath. Fill the bathtub with water warm enough to cover the anal area too. To do this several times a day, especially after a bowel movement. Course for 15 minutes at a time. Be careful! If the water is too hot can cause burns. \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ U0026lt;br>

Hope this helps,
